There are three main reasons you want to work with me:

As for my experience? I’ve spent over 2000 hours coaching entrepreneurs, executives and other inspiring individuals, worked together with leading industry experts and got invited to share my story in media publications, a book and on various stages.

As for qualifications? I hold my BA in Business Admin, I’m a certified Neuro-Linguistic Programming Master Practitioner, a Trauma-Informed Professional and I passionately keep up with the latest studies in Developmental Psychology and Neuroscience.

The workshop takes place on the 26-27th of June, from 3:30-6PM (GMT+08:00) via Zoom.

We work through the framework over the course of 2 days, each workshop takin 2-3 hours and I recommend spending 1 hour  to reflect in between the workshops.

The more focus and dedication you put into this workshop, the more you’ll get out of it.

Other factors that affect the results of this program are:

• Your overall clarity and how quickly you make decisions.
• Your current level of self-awareness and vulnerability.
• Your overall ability and willingness to take responsibility for your own actions.
• Your willingness to integrate the insights, resources and tools.
• Your willingness to complete the assignments.
  

To be clear, there are no fast or guaranteed results. Reclaiming authenticity is not a 2-day, linear event. It's a life's journey.

Whether you experience difficulties expressing your authenticity in business, your relationship of life in general, this workshop is for anyone who is ready to make the shift.

We will come together with a group of 10-15 people who are willing to deeply explore themselves, including the beliefs and behaviours that have been holding you from fully claiming and expressing your authenticity.

This includes interactive group work, participation in the exercises, 1-2-1 deep dives, and group discussion.

This workshop isn’t right for those: 

• Who have no difficulties claiming and expressing their authenticity.
• Who are not willing to explore themselves deeply.
• Who expect or prefer to learn through a lecture. This is an interactive workshop.
• Who don't want to participate in the exercise &/or group discussions.
• Who hope to learn by osmosis. It’s for action-takers who understand that real change happens with consistent, focused effort over time.
